CyberGRX Recognized in Denver Post’s Top Workplaces 2023 List

May 3, 2023: The Denver Post has named CyberGRX as a Top Workplace 2023 for the fourth consecutive year, ranking eighth amongst midsized companies. This award honors 150 outstanding companies in the greater Denver region for their exceptional leadership, vision, culture, and flexibility. Among more than 350 Colorado employers nominated this year, CyberGRX was recognized for its employee feedback and commitment to excellence. Establishing and maintaining a safe and equitable workplace environment for all employees has been a primary focus for the company since our inception. We strive to promote a culture that offers fairness, growth, respect, diversity, and innovation. We are constantly reevaluating our company culture to address the wants and needs of employees better and to adapt to changes in society, the modern workplace, economic conditions, and the environment. We recently launched an internal diversity and inclusion committee to ensure the company and the cybersecurity community play a more prominent role in diversifying the workforce with people, perspectives, and new opportunities. The committee develops initiatives to impact broader systemic issues, including volunteering in local communities, awareness training to uncover unconscious bias, more aggressive diversity requirements in hiring and promotion, and mentoring and funding underprivileged children through coding school.

We also encourage our employees to prioritize opportunities to engage more in community outreach and other charitable events. We host a CyberGRX Gives Week, in which team members across the organization come together to engage in volunteer events and projects during traditional working hours to give back to the Denver community. Recent activities that we have participated in include the 2022 Denver PRIDE parade and a 2023 charity team exercise supporting There With Care, an organization committed to helping families with critically ill children. The company is also planning a mentor day program with Denver Public Schools which will take place this spring.
