The Process

  1. If your assessment is requested, you will receive a notification from CyberGRX
  2. The CyberGRX Assessment Coordinator team will be available if you need help getting up and running on the Exchange
  3. As you complete the assessment, the CyberGRX Assessment Coordinator team will answer any questions along the way
  4. Review and track progress throughout the process with a high-level dashboard and filtering capabilities as well as on the Control Family level
  5. Once complete, your assessment will be independently validated
  6. Review the completed assessment report, including analysis details, to understand the results
  7. If a customer requests access to your CyberGRX report, you will receive an authorization request
  8. Share your completed assessment with as many upstream partners as you like, which significantly reduces the time spent filling in redundant spreadsheets

Quick Facts

There is no cost to complete a CyberGRX assessment

You can log in and update your assessment anytime, even after sharing it

There are three Tiers of assessments, Tier 1 is the most in-depth assessment and both Tier 1 and Tier 2 include evidence validation

Each Tier can be used to pre-populate the other Tiers

If you complete a higher-level assessment you can share any of the lower level Tiers

Once you share the assessment, your customers will see your answers, top risks, comments, and your CyberGRX report.

The Auto Validation feature saves you time by highlighting inconsistencies and contradictions so you can adjust and correct your assessment before you share it
